As much as I am a go-getter, action has never been my first allegiance. My faith has always been in metaphysical principles — in the understanding that before effort produces results, consciousness sets the terms. Consciousness precedes form; matter follows. What manifests is not accidental but the crystallization of sustained inner states.
Beauty belongs to this order. It is not decorative or subjective; it is metaphysical. Beauty is inner coherence made visible. When the mind is ordered, beauty emerges naturally in form, behavior, and environment. When coherence collapses, beauty is how it is restored.
Stripped of roles, I am someone who cannot function without beauty and intention. I return to beauty as a discipline — a way of recalibrating perception, stabilizing attention, and re-establishing inner alignment.
For this reason, I am selective about what I consume. I engage almost exclusively with metaphysics, beauty, and art (occasionally with celebrity/influencer dramas lol)
I am interested in mental architecture: how consciousness is shaped, how imagination is trained, and how inner systems are built to sustain what they produce.
So enjoy my media recomendation. I hope you find it helpful.

On MEtaphysics
Athena Raven & Joseph Alai
The metaphysics power couple, with over 25 years of study and experience between them. They’re like a second set of parents to me — grounding, clarifying, and uncompromising with fundamentals. Their work consistently cuts through manifesting myths and trend-driven buzzwords, bringing me back to first principles. That return to fundamentals stabilises me, especially as the manifesting space becomes increasingly loud and fragmented.
The difference in their approaches is what makes them so complementary.
Athena’s work is psychologically grounded. She understands the architecture of the human psyche and meets fear, agitation, and intrusive thought patterns with clarity rather than force. Her guidance gently loosens identification with old mental structures — not by confrontation, but by recognition. There’s a softness to her presence that soothes and reorients. Her guided meditations, in particular, are deeply regulating for me.
Here is the latest video I watched from her.
Joseph’s work, by contrast, is rooted in mathematical and engineering logic. With a background in these fields, he brings forward structured, testable frameworks that anchor metaphysical practice in something verifiable through experience. This has been essential for me. Because metaphysics deals in thought and emotion — without physical reference points — it’s easy for one to become unmoored and insane. His approach gave me confidence, precision, and a sense of internal proof.
Please take notes from him!!
Core Union (Kim)
For those who are unapologetically romantic — fully aligned with the twin-flame or mirror-soul framework and uninterested in diluted versions of love — Kim is the right teacher. Her work speaks directly to devotion, specificity, and emotional courage. She is the creator who helped me cement the belief that circumstances do not matter, and who taught me how to reinterpret events once perceived as “unwanted” without collapsing meaning or faith. If you recognise yourself in this orientation (I do), her teaching will feel like permission rather than persuasion. If you recognise yourself in this orientation (as I do), her teaching will feel like permission rather than persuasion.
I adore creators who gives people’s wild dreams a fertile soil to grow.
Manifest with Missy Renee
A channel for the ones who are raised in fear and self-abandonment.
Like any effective teacher, Missy demystifies manifestation by cutting through the noise of YouTube’s manifestation ecosystem. She treats inner discipline, self-concept, and assumption as non-negotiable, even when that’s not what people want to hear.
Crucially, Missy never waters down desire or reframes it as “not meant for you.” She dismantles the collective conditioning that teaches people to self-censor their imagination.
For someone unapologetically delulu like me, her work is grounding. She helps me see that the life I want is not something to earn permission for, but something to assume as a right.
I couldn’t be more grateful for her clarity.
She does amazing break-downs of Neville’s works.
On Beauty
Heaven Sent Honey (Celine)
Oh my Celine…
She’s my intellectual idol.
She calls out the ugliness and highlights the beauty and highlights it once again so eleganty and an daringly.
Because of her, I dare to venture and descend deeper into the microfibers of my being, to be welcoming of disentergration, to slow down audaciously, to discern with more vigour, and to double down on being me.
I must say, she is the only creator I follow on this topic. Because nobody ever dissect the topic off beauty and make it applicable in everyday life like her. It’s like everything I have to go through, she’s been there already.
For the sensualist, individualist, perculiar people, who faints at the proximity to ugliness, who craves meaning, purpose, beauty: Go to Celine.
I stumbled upon her back in summer of 2024 and still re-watch her videos religiously.
This is the first video I watched from her. As I grew up in a culture where people are so reluctant to call out ugliness for the sake of keeping peace to the point of it driving me insane, this video is such a soothing hug for me. Finally, someone who gets me.
